What we collect
When you ask about or book one of our apartments, including through WhatsApp, we collect:
- Your name, phone number, and the messages you send us
- Reservation details: dates, number of guests, and which apartment you stay in
- Payment status for your reservation. We never store full card numbers.
How we use it
- To answer booking questions and confirm availability
- To manage your reservation, check-in and check-out
- To support you during your stay, including automated WhatsApp replies to common questions
Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with the services we use to run the business:
- Meta / WhatsApp: to send and receive messages
- Beds24: our channel manager, which syncs bookings between booking sites
- Supabase: our database provider
We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep reservation and message records only as long as we need them for normal business and accounting. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
